1:30am wakeup call

We were given a room last night within the hospital for us to sleep. I never thought that a small set of bunk beds would be so comfortable.  We went to bed around 10:30pm, the earliest. since we have been here. We were both sleeping soundly when the telephone rang. Its was Levi's nurse telling us that he need a blood transfusion. We rushed back to his room and the doctor explained to us that not only did he need the transfusion, but more importantly, he needed some sort of hormone to help him retain fluids. The doctors are telling us that he in urinating out fluids just as fast as they can put them in him. That they needed to get this under control. The blood transfusion was explained due to the fact of all the blood draws, saline, and I assume the loss of liquids through his little body. Levi appeared to be resting peacefully, and the seizure activity seems to be under control.
